Marcelo Caballero

 In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Social Communication at the University of La Plata (Argentina). Later, and for several years, she combined her work as a teacher of contemporary literature and visual semiotics workshops at her faculty with collaborations in Argentine newspapers such as Clarin, El Día and travel magazines.

After long journeys through South America and Asia, she decided to settle in Barcelona where, in 2010, she co-founded the first urban photography collective in Spain: Calle 35.

He exhibited his work in Barcelona, ​​Las Palmas, Ciudad Real, Miami, Perpignan and Buenos Aires. She participated in photography festivals such as Ojo de Pez Photo Meeting Barcelona, Biennal Xavier Miserachs, DOCfield (Barcelona), Visa Off (Perpignan) and Miami Street Photography Festival.

In early 2017, together with a group of photographers, they created QuitarPhotos, which is expressed as a space for dialogue and the dissemination of documentary visual proposals.

Currently he is part of the teaching teams of the MultFotos School and the ERAM University School of Girona. In addition, it collaborates with European magazines and photographic agencies; and teaches photography workshops / trips, holds conferences and writes about documentary photography on his blog: Miradas Cómplices.
